NP Support
NP Support is your entry level into our Business IT services.
- £15 per user/month. NP Support gives you access to award winning IT support.
- A service response SLA of 90 minutes.
- Obtain access to industry leading reporting tools in our bespoke Portal, alongside on premise Cloud backup and the all-important device management and business antivirus security systems.
NP Standard
NP Standard is our second plan, includes all benefits of NP Support plus extras.
- £28 per user/month. NP Standard overs the all-important next layer of security via basic Identity Access management to keep your business safe.
- Access to 50GB worth of email and calendar space paired with Microsoft Planner and SharePoint.
- Implementation of eDiscovery compliance and data subject requests for extra peace of mind.
- Office applications, personal/ shared cloud storage and access to Business Social and Business Video Platform - these are considered essential for companies moving towards a more remote or agile style of working in order to keep your employees connected at all times.
NP Cloud
Cloud Pro is targeted at business' looking to move their IT to cloud-first environment, with a full Cloud backup of your digital services as standard.
- £40 per user/month. NP Cloud builds upon our Standard plan by offering best in class productivity with the addition of Microsoft Teams. Microsoft Teams is used as an in-company tool for instant communication and ability to share files and collaborate securely across departments.
- NP Cloud also offers a decrease in SLA at 60 minutes to ensure your IT queries are responded to within the hour.
- NP Cloud incorporates standard Identity Access management to protect your business sufficiently, alongside Windows Defender and that all important Advanced Threat Protection.
NP Cloud Pro
NP Cloud Pro is our fourth plan and builds upon the benefits of NP Cloud, moving your business to the Cloud - the most secure and compliant platform in the industry.
- £62 per user/month. NP Cloud Pro provides the fastest IT support with an SLA of only 30 minutes, a guarantee of quick and efficient support for you and your employees.
- A scale up in security using advanced Identity Access management and Microsoft 365 Advanced Threat Protection.
- NP Cloud Pro's compliance extensions offer customer Lockbox, Insider Risk Management and 3rd Party Connections - enabling you to detect, investigate, and act on malicious and inadvertent activities in your organisation.
- 100GB worth of email and calendar space as well as the previously mentioned Microsoft Teams.
- Our largest plan also offers PSTN Conferencing, allowing users to dial into meetings using their phone - ensuring your company is up to date with the latest technologies for remote working as well as in-house.
